Years after his death, Oscar Papa Celestin's New Orleans Jazz Band continued to make great records. Some refer to these posthumous recordings as Celestin's "ghost" band.
This great LP recorded in 1962 (6 years after Celestin's death in 1954) was signed by the entire band (with Albert French now leading) in New Orleans at one of their Bourbon Street shows (A rubber stamp from Dixieland Hall at 522 Rue Bourbon is visible on the back along with the signatures.)
Seven great New Orleans jazz legends have autographed the back of this LP cover:
Alvin Alcorn (trumpet)
Jeanette Kimball (piano)
Joseph Thomas (clarinet)
Wendell Eugene (trombone)
Albert French (banjo)
Waldren "Frog" Joseph (trombone)
Stewart Davis (bass)
Louis Barbarin (drums)

The vinyl is in fair condition, but the autographed jacket is in excellent condtition.
